I come to Complete Realestate with over 11 years of experience within the administration industry which has enabled an easy transition into the real estate industry as a client liaison officer.
You will find me at the front of the office welcoming our clients on site while also managing phone calls by directing enquiries to the appropriate team member if I cannot be of assistance. Although my focus is providing seamless customer service to our clients, I offer support to all divisions within the business and I am also in charge of our office operation.
My day to day tasks include welcoming clients, assisting clients with their enquiries, following up on maintenance requests, managing office supplies, office duties and errands, welcoming new tenants with their tenant pack and collecting keys from vacating tenants.
My willingness to take on new tasks and to be adaptable are essential to my role, which is forever expanding and introducing me to different aspects of the business.
