RESIDENTIAL RENTAL FINANCE OFFICER

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and pro-active Finance Officer to join our Rental Division. This full-time support role involves assisting Property Managers by independently handling the financial aspects of property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrears Management: Monitor and manage tenant payment arrears effectively.
- Data Entry: Accurately process creditor invoices.
- Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices in a timely manner.
- Fee Charging: Apply and manage relevant fees as required.
- Disbursements: Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of landlord funds and payments to suppliers.
- Reporting: Generate financial reports to support Property Managers and Managment.
- Communication: Providing seamless communication with tenants and creditors for financial tasks.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be:
- Innovative: Able to think creatively and find solutions to challenges.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in handling financial data and transactions.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive in addressing issues and resolving them efficiently.
- Experienced: Previous experience in arrears management is preferred.
- Communicative: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with tenants, landlords, and suppliers.
