The Role
Complete Real Estate is seeking a driven and adaptable Residential Sales Property Consultant. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a sales role, either within the real estate industry or alternative field. We are seeking an individual passionate about personal and professional growth, eager to learn and thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Key Requirements
– Minimum two years of sales experience (real estate or other industries)
– Strong communication and advanced customer service skills
– Willingness to continuously develop skills and adapt to new challenges
– Industry licensing or willingness to pursue licensing

Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the job will depend on the experience and capabilities of the successful candidate. However, the below tasks can be expected:
– Prospecting for new business opportunities
– Listing and marketing properties for sale
– Selling and negotiating on behalf of clients
– Managing buyer relationships throughout the sales process
– Collaborating with the marketing manager to ensure successful outcomes for vendors
– Supported by a Sales Client Relations Officer for administrative tasks
– Meeting KPIs and goals based on your experience and capabilities
