Jenna Frost joined Complete Real Estate in 2026 as a Residential Property Manager and Key Agent following the agency’s successful appointment as the Key Agent for the Department for Infrastructure and Transport’s residential property portfolio.
In this specialised role, Jenna oversees the management of more than 100 properties leased by the Department for Infrastructure and Transport, working closely with the department to coordinate tenancy requirements, maintenance, inspections, and compliance while ensuring every property is managed efficiently and to a high standard.
Alongside this, Jenna also manages her own portfolio as a Residential Property Manager supporting Complete Real Estate Landlords and Tenants.
Jenna brings valuable experience from a range of customer service-focused roles, where she has developed strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills. In addition, she has been extensively involved in managing residential property renovations in a personal capacity, giving her practical knowledge of renovation projects, property improvements, and the coordination required to achieve successful outcomes. This combination of customer service expertise and hands-on property experience makes Jenna well equipped to provide exceptional service as a Property Manager and Key Agent.
