Gabby started as a sales agent in Naracoorte and joined Complete Real Estate as a leasing agent in 2016 before taking time out to start a family. As a long-standing staff member, she brings a wide range of experience to the team.
Since returning to work, Gabby has supported the sales division, overseeing legislative documents, agency agreement renewals, and marketing efforts. She also manages reviews on Rate My Agent and Google, conducts market research, and assists in maintaining client relations with vendors, purchasers, and landlords.
Her role expands to company marketing, software research, and procedure implementation, linking both residential divisions to provide comprehensive client services. Gabby’s reliability, experience, and dynamic approach make her a key team member at Complete Real Estate.
With an all-around understanding of the commercial business and its clients, Lauren has been with the company since its expansion, playing a pivotal role in its growth. Landlords and tenants can take comfort in knowing Lauren’s ability to implement systems and processes is second to none. These procedures ensure that all clients receive first-class service.
Lauren’s core focus is assisting her commercial team with managing around 90 commercial properties in Mount Gambier. This involves overseeing leasing, assisting landlords with first-time leases, running commercial property marketing campaigns, and ensuring that all documentation complies with the Retail and Commercial Act and regulations for forming commercial contracts.
Ongoing maintenance and compliance reviews are also key aspects of commercial property management, and in this role, Lauren ensures that the team takes care of all aspects. At Complete Commercial, the goal is to provide landlords with peace of mind by ensuring that contracts with tenants are always up-to-date and address any potential issues. Lauren’s years of experience and excellent relationships with conveyancers and solicitors add extra value to the service provided to clients.
Each year, Lauren and the team follow standard procedures for negotiating rent reviews, rights for renewal, and rights for termination, helping to encourage and support tenants in renewing their leases when appropriate.
