Megan VonDuve

I’ve been integral to the Complete Real Estate family for over seven exciting years. My journey with this remarkable company began in the Property Management division; where I immersed myself in every facet of Property Management – from finance and maintenance to leasing and management. With each role I embraced; I gained valuable insights that shaped my real estate industry expertise.

As I embark on this new chapter; I’m thrilled to be stepping into the Finance and Administrative Officer role for our esteemed real estate office. My journey has led me to this pivotal position; where I focus on ensuring company-wide compliance and driving operational excellence. One of my key responsibilities involves crafting and updating procedures for all divisions, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness.

Working hand-in-hand with our brilliant Chief Financial and Marketing Officer; I take on responsibilities such as account reconciliation, processing accounts payable and receivable, and generating comprehensive central activity reports. This collaborative effort is paramount to maintaining our organisation’s financial health and stability.

I am also involved with our marketing and assist with developing cutting-edge marketing strategies and promotional tasks that resonate with our diverse audience.

In addition; I’m excited to oversee the financial operations of our vibrant sales division, extending my support to our Property Management and Commercial divisions when needed. My versatile skill set, extensive experience, and in-depth industry knowledge allow me to be an all-rounder professional, ready to lend a helping hand and provide valuable insights wherever they are needed.

I’m genuinely thrilled to continue this incredible journey with Complete Real Estate, contributing my expertise and passion to further elevate our company’s standing in the dynamic world of real estate.

Gabby Ogilvie

Starting out as a sales agent in Naracoorte, I joined Complete Real Estate as a leasing agent in 2016 before taking time out to start a family. As a long-standing staff member of Complete Real Estate, I bring a vast range of experience to the team.

Since returning to work; I offer support to our sales division including overseeing and completing all legislative documents and agency agreement renewals, agency subscriptions, marketing in the formation of promotion of our sales team, collecting reviews on Rate My Agent and Google, reporting when required and conducting market research.

During these tasks, my strong sales skills have proved invaluable with maintaining client relations with our vendors, purchasers and existing landlords.

My role also expands to company level where I am involved in company marketing, software and product research and implementing company procedures. With extensive knowledge in both residential divisions of the business, I am able to link the two together to create an all-round service for our clients.

Along with my years of experience, my reliability and dynamic work approach make me an all-rounder team member of Complete Real Estate.

Lauren MacLean

With my all-round understanding of the Herbert Commercial business and its clients, I’m proud to say I’ve been with the business since the inception of the new brand Herbert Commercial.

Landlords and tenants can take comfort in the fact that, when it comes to putting systems and processes in place, my ability is second to none. It’s these procedures that ensure we provide all clients with a first-class service.

My role is varied. Currently, I manage around 70 commercial properties in Mount Gambier. This involves leasing (including helping landlords with first-time leases), commercial property marketing campaigns and oversight of the creation of documentation needed to satisfy the Retail and Commercial act and regulations for forming a commercial contract.

Ongoing maintenance and compliance reviews are also key in commercial property management. In my role, I ensure the rent is paid on time, that tenants can produce relevant insurances, and that equipment is serviced regularly.

At Herbert Commercial we know our commercial landlords need peace of mind that we have a contract in place with tenants at all times. We ensure contracts remain up to date and cover any potential issues that may arise. My years of experience alongside the excellent relationships I have forged with conveyancers and solicitors is additional value that our clients receive the benefit of.

On the anniversary of the tenancy, myself and the team have standard procedures for negotiating and action where required rent reviews (Annual increases), rights for renewal or rights for termination that help to encourage and support tenants to make the decision to renew their lease when appropriate.

With commercial property management, it’s always a team effort. I enjoy working with the Herbert Commercial team, to give and receive support, and be on hand to assist any member of the team who may not have my depth of knowledge.

Last but not least, my experience enables me to look at the big picture for the Mount Gambier commercial property market and help landlords and tenants make more informed choices.
