We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Manager to manage the daily operations of a dedicated portfolio. The ideal candidate will maintain positive relationships with clients and creditors and ensure properties are well-maintained while maximising profitability.

Key Responsibilities
-Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential properties.
– Maintain positive tenant and landlord relations and address concerns promptly.
– Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
– Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal property regulations.
– Work with contractors and maintenance teams to uphold property standards.
