When selling your property, don’t forget about the all-important first impression. We know that buyers will often drive past a property before arranging an inspection. If it’s got some street appeal they are going to be more motivated to see the rest of the property, however, this doesn’t necessarily mean a full garden makeover.

Some easy ways to improve your property’s street appeal may include moving bins out of sight, pressure cleaning the driveway and paths, mowing, sweeping, and giving your front door and the entrance some attention. Other things you can do include mulching your garden beds, getting a new front door mat and adding a few colourful pot plants and perhaps some seating to your front verandah.

All of these things will help make your property stand out, and can make a big difference to the number of people who want to investigate further.
