Jenna Frost joined Complete Real Estate in 2026 as a Residential Property Manager and Key Agent following the agency’s successful appointment as the Key Agent for the Department for Infrastructure and Transport’s residential property portfolio.

In this specialised role, Jenna oversees the management of more than 100 properties leased by the Department for Infrastructure and Transport, working closely with the department to coordinate tenancy requirements, maintenance, inspections, and compliance while ensuring every property is managed efficiently and to a high standard.

Alongside this, Jenna also manages her own portfolio as a Residential Property Manager supporting Complete Real Estate Landlords and Tenants.

Jenna brings valuable experience from a range of customer service-focused roles, where she has developed strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills. In addition, she has been extensively involved in managing residential property renovations in a personal capacity, giving her practical knowledge of renovation projects, property improvements, and the coordination required to achieve successful outcomes. Danni’s role as Rental Finance Officer at Complete Real Estate is grounded in her strong financial background and commitment to supporting others. With four years in Real Estate working in both Property Management and Sales roles, along with over seven years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and management, Danni brings a solid foundation of industry and financial knowledge to the team. Her previous roles have always included a customer service element, allowing her to build genuine rapport while balancing precision and professionalism. 

Danni is known for her nurturing approach and her ability to understand the individual circumstances behind each financial situation. She works closely with the Property Management team to ensure tenant accounts are maintained with care and accuracy, helping to create stability for both tenants and landlords. Her strong work ethic and attention to detail are reflected in every task she undertakes.

As a key member of the Property Management Team, Danni manages daily receipting, arrears monitoring, and supports compliance processes, all while providing a supportive link between tenants, landlords, and property managers. Her ability to blend financial expertise with empathy makes her an invaluable asset to the team.

Danni takes pride in contributing to the smooth financial operation of the rental portfolio and looks forward to continuing to support the growth and integrity of the Property Management team at Complete Real Estate.

Nicole Muller joined Complete Real Estate in 2023, initially supporting the Property Management Team in an assistant role before further expanding her experience within the rental division as Rental Finance Officer. Her background across both Property Management support and Rental Finance has provided her with a strong understanding of the day-to-day operations involved in managing residential investment properties.

Now working as a Residential Property Manager, Nicole manages her own portfolio while working closely alongside the Property Management Team to ensure landlords and tenants receive a high level of service and communication.

Her organised approach, attention to detail, and strong communication skills allow her to efficiently manage the varying demands of property management while building positive relationships with both landlords and tenants.

Her broad experience within the rental division, combined with her proactive and approachable nature, makes Nicole a valued member of the team and a trusted point of contact for residential property owners and tenants alike.

Sarah Jablonski joined our team with a wealth of experience and expertise from a related industry, making her an ideal fit for the complex demands of property management. Working closely with local and interstate prospective tenants, local businesses and existing tenants, Darcey plays a key role in matching quality tenants with suitable rental properties, ensuring positive outcomes for both landlords and renters.

As part of this dedicated role, Darcey works closely alongside the Residential Investors Agent and Property Management team to ensure every tenancy is carefully considered. Suze is a property manager at Complete Real Estate. She manages a large number of rental properties, including ex-council homes, for a unique group of landlords, many of whom have large investment portfolios. She excels at maintaining strong relationships with both her clients and their tenants, focusing on finding solutions that are win-win for both parties.

With clients often sophisticated investors with extensive portfolios, Suze ensures she stays up-to-date with current rental legislation. Her role involves keeping detailed records of maintenance activities across entire portfolios, tracking the progress and costs of repairs. By providing this information in spreadsheets, her clients always have a complete overview of their properties.

Suze thrives on the challenges of property management, relying on her calm demeanour, training, and experience to handle any situation that arises. While some days are more demanding than others, her natural problem-solving skills enable her to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Brianna plays a key role at Complete Real Estate as the Residential Investors Agent, specialising in business development and assisting investors in building and growing their property portfolios. Working with local, interstate and international clients, Brianna helps identify investment opportunities, coordinate property inspections and appraisals, and ensures each investment aligns with her clients’ needs.

With a strong understanding of both the Property Management and Sales sectors, Brianna also assists investors beyond the purchase process, coordinating improvements, renovations and project management to help maximise the value and performance of their investments.

Brianna first joined Complete Real Estate in a property leasing role from 2013 to 2014 before taking time away to travel and work within the travel industry. She rejoined the company in 2021 in a general administration position and quickly progressed through the business due to her adaptability, initiative and strong client relationships.

Her approachable yet efficient manner has allowed her to build trusted relationships with landlords, tenants, investors and contractors alike. Brianna’s diverse experience across multiple areas of the business gives her a well-rounded perspective and enables her to provide valuable support and guidance throughout every stage of the investment journey.
