Her background across both Property Management support and Rental Finance has provided her with a strong understanding of the day-to-day operations involved in managing residential investment properties.
Now working as a Residential Property Manager, Nicole manages her own portfolio while working closely alongside the Property Management Team to ensure landlords and tenants receive a high level of service and communication.
Her organised approach, attention to detail, and strong communication skills allow her to efficiently manage the varying demands of property management while building positive relationships with both landlords and tenants.
