Working closely with local and interstate prospective tenants, local businesses and existing tenants, Darcey plays a key role in matching quality tenants with suitable rental properties, ensuring positive outcomes for both landlords and renters.
As part of this dedicated role, Darcey works closely alongside the Residential Investors Agent and Property Management team to ensure every tenancy is carefully considered. Having a specialised team member focused specifically on applicant management and tenant selection is a key point of difference for Complete Real Estate, allowing the agency to provide a more thorough and personalised property management service.
