With more than 15 years of experience in finance and administration, Abby has extensive expertise across a range of accounting and finance activities, including work with large commercial retailers. Her financial responsibilities at Complete Commercial include receiving rental payments, collating reports for late payments, and ensuring follow-ups. She also manages all outgoing disbursement costs, such as utilities, building insurance, and general maintenance, before generating invoices to collect tenant payments. At Complete Commercial, Abby oversees the bi-monthly disbursement of funds to landlords and other creditors.

Her role also encompasses monitoring the requirements of commercial building leases, including market reviews, managing annual rent increases, and tracking extension rights and termination options. In addition, Abby undertakes risk management activities, identifying and supporting distressed tenants with payment plans, including those affected by COVID, and assisting tenants and landlords in budgeting annual costs and managing administrative funds.
